Best coverage for extended warranty

Bought my 525i w/the warranty expired, and even though it only has 39K miles on it I want it covered... who's the best value for an extended warranty protection plan... based on you guys experience?

I've bought manufacturer's warranty on all of my purchases since 1987, except for a 1996 Volvo 850 Turbo (it was GE). I've kept all of my cars into the extension period, and have used the extended warranty on all. So for me, buying it is a no brainer. I stick to the manufacturers' warranties now.
