I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on the 2010 535I has the sport auto manual transmission. Is there anything that I need to watch out and or look for?

That car has had paintwork on the entire side and has filler. It has been in an accident that is not reported on Carfax, beware!

I haven't seen it in person yet. How can you tell from the pictures?

I can't, My friend went to look at it and turned it down because it has sub-par paint on one whole side with filler.

They don't recognize it as a problem, because it looks acceptable to them now, dealers don't care about paintwork, they assume any shitty aftermarket paint is good as OEM. Look at the photo of the drivers side (where the paint work was), you can see the color difference between panels.
