I snapped these pics on the cell just now when I went home for Lunch. Is there an easy way to get this little guy out?

Well you can remove the headlight and then shake it out from the hole for the H7 bulb.
Removing the headlight is pretty easy; http://tis.spaghetticoder.org/s/view.pl?1/08/63/85

I have no clue how he got in there... I just hope he isn't wedged or stuck, he hasn't moved at all since I first noticed him a couple weeks ago.

That sucks lol...maybe you can take off the headlight access hole and put some compressed air in to at least get that wasp moved so you can't see it lol...
