I bought my car at East Bay BMW in Pleasanton, but have serviced it only in SF BMW. I went through a couple SA's(turnover) and my current SA Jorma Nottbom has been great so far. FYI, if you want a BMW loaner, make an appointment at least 2 weeks in advance and make sure it's early in the morning or they will give you a enterprise rental instead.

I'm going to hijack this thread real quick but any of you guys interested in coming to the SLO meet this Sat? It's not too late and I think I might have a room or two available if you want to stay over. Or just drive back same day like half the folks are doing.
