Get the battery checked, especially the load test.
The load test is supposed to be run without the engine running. If you had load test voltages that high, the engine must have been running.
When your battery is acting up, its common to trigger a boat load of codes.
Had the battery checked by the local shop that did the replacing last year. They've told me that the battery is fine and the alternator is fine. I'll be getting the car back later today but they believe that something is making the car not go to sleep. Again, I had replaced the IBS sensor in May and the gear light indicator does go off eventually. My plan was to check each and every fuse over the weekend to see if something is drawing the current after it goes to sleep.
Other than that, my only assumptions is it could be the MPM, starter relay, or a grounding problem (based on my googling). I did check under the trunk where the MPM is if there is any water leakage but there seemed to not be any, but I will take it out and check the inside of it in the coming day if it is corroded/fried.

I can honestly say I have not come across one person who had a parasitic drain.
What battery tests did the shop run? Did they provide you a printout of the test results?
Well I just got back and did not return with the car because she died right there at the shop! Did the same thing, clicked and lights came on but would not turn over. They are going to do more tests and such tomorrow. I have attached the results from the battery test below.

They need to do an alternator test to see if you are having high voltage. If this is not a European INDY that's where you need to take it. Have them check you cable that runs from the battery through the rear of the trunk under the carpet. There's a connection there that can be going bad

They did an alternator/starter test and stated that all was fine with both. This place specializes in European cars and have a BMW technician, we've been going to them for over 2 years now for anything related to them and havent had issues. I will certainly tell them about the battery cable running through the trunk, thank you for the suggestion.

My indy mechanic also specializes in European cars. He's from Germany and has the accent to boot. He is one bad ass mechanic and has been working on European cars for over thirty years. He's been my mechanic well over 10 years. With that said, he's mostly mechanical and so electrical and computer related issues are not his forte. I'm pretty sure he knows this because whenever I have a more than simple electrical issue, he refers me to an electrical specialist.
