Bad sound quality

My Ride: BMW 535d, Titanium Gray Metallic, Auburn Dakota Leather, Poplar Wood Trim, Executive, Vision line, Heated sport seats, Star Spoke Style 122, HiFi 10 speakers, nokia ck-7w
Does anybody have problems with tghe bass speakers under de frond seats.
By me they have changed it for a new one but most of the time it won't work and if it works the sound is horrible.

My Ride: 535 D - to be delivered end Feb 2005 - color E08 - comfort seats - executive leather balck - 122 wheels - dynamic drive - active steering - pack luxe - tecnology pack - moon roof - 6CD player - hifi system - spare wheel - BT phone
I have also the 10 speakers system. The sound is realy good but to be frank I never noticed that the subwofer under the seat was realy noticable compared to the other speaker.

Any of you guys got the logic7, if you do, play with the equalizer and it should be fine. I don't have the tightest bass, but it does give my seat a good thump with the right music.
