car went in today for a new rear screen, having the software updated at a cost of ?273 as well, heres a pic of my loaner

gotta pay ?25 per/day admin charge for the loan car

I have my car booked in for a software update on Thursday. The garage agreed to charge a fixed fee of ?100

i guess thats what i get for going to the dealer, the SA was reluctant to do it, only agreed because the car has a 12 months warrenty on it

It took a lot of hunting to find this price, But the garage is well known for Tuning / Remaps. Will have to wait and see if it pans out... nobody likes to do it as it can take a long time! One guy said it would be ?55 an hour, but when plugged laptop in told me it needed 23 updates BEFORE he was able to sort out the mp3 / sat nav update and wanted ?200

Wow, thats pricy. I want the software updating on mine to get mp3 but it just isn't worth the money in my view.

Can't believe they are charging you for the loaner too, it's not even a proper size car
