Hey, every morning i start my car the AWD/DSC malfunction pops up along with Start-Off assist inactive. Happens only when the car hasnt been turned on for more than an hour or 2, and a turning the wheel complete left and right takes away both codes. The code do not reoccor after restart (even if its a cold start and i remove the code by turning the steering, turning off the car and restart then codes wont reappear). I checked the voltage of the battery after i drove to work, it was 12.46 (with engine off) and around 14.40v-14.5v with engine on.
What is causing these faults, i do have long cranks in the morning. Very cold here, sits outside in -14 celsius everyday, (starter turns for about 3-4sec but when car is warm, starter only takes 1-2sec to start car)
Any opinions?

Do you have access to a battery load tester? If so, do a load test on the battery.
If not, take the car to auto parts store, they may load test the battery. In US, auto parts stores load test for free.

Wouldn't really suspect faulty battery as it was replaced 3 months ago. Does anyone the typical voltage a bmw battery should have? (haven't had my battery charged yet)

I have the same exact issue but in my case I need the transverse accelleration sensor (yaw sensor). It is a very expensive sensor and hard to find used if you have active steering. This sensor very rarely goes bad so I doubt you have the same problem.
