average cost to install kw coilover on 550i?

Default average cost to install kw coilover on 550i?

thinking of installing kw coilovers on my 550i m sport and got quoted $600.00 for labor so just needed your feedback wheather you think its low high or fair thanx

This has been asked before and the answers vary so much. It really depends on how fast your indy thinks he can do it or if he uses a program based invoice that gives him estimate times of install.

But what ive heard people usually say it takes between 3.5-5 hours at an indy. See how much per hour your indy charges and see how many hours he is charging you.

If you can do this kind of mechanical work by yourself id suggest doing it, its not hard, just takes time and the right tools. On just car stands and no power tools i did it in 14 hours but i took my time.

We charge 300-350.

where in MA are you located? i installed my coils and it was simple. take time but simple. only thing i didnt have to deal with that you may, are the level sensors for the automatic headlights.

im in Methuen ..yes i do have the adaptive headlights I dont have the coilovers just yet but you wanna make sum $$$ and install them? would the adaptive headlights be affected?

I did coilovers in my garage took about 3 hrs. Very easy
