My Ride: 2009 BMW 535i xDrive
AUX/USB not working in 2009 BMW 535i xDrive
in the photo my aux is greyed out and i can’t click it. I tried every aux cable to try to plug into my aux and it won’t work/ the usb doesn’t work at all either. Can anyone help me? I was thinking of getting a new aux/usb jack and taking the old one out and replacing a new one but i don’t know how to do that. Please help.

Your coding is good and the module doesn't care if there's a cable plugged into it or not it should still be selectable. That only means your MULF is bad. Pull it and see if there's damage to the connector. I'm sure it is. If so you're going to have to replace it and default code it.
