i would take the mock key fob out of the glove box...

my friend's m5 was stolen and there was some discussion about the thieves getting their hands on a copy of his wallet key. they got the key fob from the glove box, stuck their fake wallet key in, and then used that to start the car.

Check your Entertainment menu to see if AUX menu is there. If it's not there, you're out of luck. Time to retrofit.

What does NAS stand for?

I have an 07 530 with production date of May 8, 2007.

NAS = North American Spec.

May 8 (I'm guessing 2006) build has the aux input in the back of the center console just under the rear vents between the two front seats.
