Question Aux cord static noise

Hey y'all.
I noticed a little problem that is driving me nuts. I own a BMW 525d LCI model with the standard audio package and once I plug in my aux cord I have a static white hissing type of noise. When I start playing a song (for example midway) it feels that the static noise goes away, but for example, when the track starts and there are low vocals or just a few low sounds with some silence the hissing noise is present.

I tried changing the aux cords - no luck at all. I even tried changing the adapter (aux to lightning cable) as I own an iphone, but still no luck. I even tried changing the device to different iphones, but still, no luck at all. Putting the volume down on the phone itself doesn't seem to make a difference, on the other hand, it seems that putting the volume to max, makes it a little bit more quiet. Sometimes the noise goes away, sometimes if I twist the aux cables (in the adapter and on the vehicle itself) it looks like it goes away for a millisecond, but it instantly comes back. Sometimes the hissing is quieter, sometimes it's more pronounced.

Any ideas, guys?
I've heard that the aux-in (in the back of the armrest, near the rear passengers) has a few resistors or something, which interfere with the volume/bass and people recommend to desolder them, could this help in any way? Or maybe there is another way to fix this?

Thank you in advance!

You sound like you have an impedance mismatch. Use a device with line out (not headphone out) or removing those impedance matching resistors might do the trick as well, if you're lucky.

As for the line out there is no possibility, as iphones ditched the aux line in. I will try to check those resistors as soon as I can. Thanks!
