WOW! my car has been there for almost a month, and it seems like they still havent figured out the problem. This is scary to read about them...

Maybe they donated it to someone else !?!

I'm out of words regarding the M5 crash. The publicity this dealership has gotten after the crash in different social media networks, makes it hard to put a number of the total loss. If the dealer had handled the situation the correct way from the beginning, the effect in sales and service revenue would have been positive, and the positive feedback they would have gotten would have been priceless.

This whole situation is just the prime example of what not to do. The dealer should have bent over backwards to accommodate the customer. The service tech behaved in a reckless way and crashed the car. The dealership should have addressed it at that stage. Instead they blew off the car's owner. Now they are paying the price for it.

No way! That is one of the most crooked things I have heard. I would blast them on the news.

It is rapidly catching up with the HPFP thread at E90post.....and that has been going on for like 3+ years, not a couple months.

Yet another reason I'm happy to move back over to VW....
