I don't remember this being in the manual, but a friend of mine showed me this feature where you hold down the unlock button on the remote until all the windows and sunroof go down. Very similar to when you insert the key into the door and hold/turn it. You can open and close windows/sunroof depending on which way the key is turned.
On the remote, the only problem is that you can't close the windows/sunroof. There's no command that is listed in the manual. Does anyone know if i'm not pressing the right button, or if by design it was left out?
Thanks!

Yes you can.
Just hold the "close" button down and hold it, just like the "open" one.

Hmm... mine's not working. I'm holding down the center/circle (BMW logo), and nothing is working. Take it to the dealer?

This is why it is important to list your location in your profile. Car and year built. It helps in answering questions like these. Cars are built region specific. US cars do not have the remote close only open.
Please go back and update your profile.

Exterior: E60 forum clings, 5% rear tint, ACS roof spoiler (painted black for distinct look against limo tint), ACS trunk spoiler, ACS add-on front spoiler and rear apron (awaiting installation), "18 Black Staggered BeBeS Style OER (emergency replacement for cracked sport 124 rims), black kidney grill, white accessory lighting (including license and trunk lamps), Angel-eye upgrade, AIB xenon-matched fog lamps, AIB V3's on order, red rear reflectors
Yup...those of us in the US cannot be trusted with windows that roll UP automatically. However, inserting the key into the door, turn to lock and hold will cause all windows to roll up and the sunroof to close. Sux for us US folks, but at least you have some control outside of the car.
