Mine work better than any other car I've had--and all 3 mirrors dim, unlike some other cars I've had.

Mine works fine and I always have the rear shade up. Worked fine on the E39 too.
My wife's Odyssey doesn't work as well and the green "power on" light is actually too bright and tends to annoy me...

YA! my windows are tinted dark and apparently it doesnt matter to the sensor... it still dims making it a little harder to see at night.
