Audio System Problem

Hello there evry one
I have a serious problem with my BMW 523i 2006 OEM sound system
the problem started from 2 month when i wanted to play the radio in high valium just for testing it put the sound was so bad ( shaggy valiom) then it went off three days when i hit the space under the CD cover the sound reternd back and the the belt warning tone came back too
if anyone had the same case please tell me how to fix it

You most likely hit the volume (valium/valiom) control knob. Fix = don't touch the knob?
