Thank you for your help.
OK so, if it take power from DME. We don't have to talk about PIN2 anymore.
Adrian from CustomRetrofit has sent me the original pinout of IHKA panel. It appears that solar sensor gets power from IHKA on pins 10 and GND on pin 13. (see attached file).
Pinout of IHKA E60 pre-LCI panel
I just went to make tests all the afternoon :
- I tested the fuse #56, rain/light sensor => not burnt
- I tested the RLS connector which I removed from RLS sensor with Ignition ON => I have no power too.
- I removed the wire in PIN #10. Then I took a +12V and connected it to the wire (situated in the harness) correponding to PIN #10 => always no power on RLS Connector with Ignition ON.
- manufacturing date of RLS sensor is 2005 (never changed)
=> always the same error in ISTA.
About RLS :
- automatic wipers runs good.
- adaptative light in turns runs well,
- automatic switch on/off lights are ok in cruising
- automatic switch off lights not ok if I start the car in dark garage. Lights switch ON but don't switch OFF even after 30 Km of road.
- Value in ISTA for right solar sensor : 600 (at each test, aways the same value since the fault code appeared)
- Value in ISTA for left solar sensor : 600 (at each test, aways the same value since the fault code appeared)
I don't have any other idea...

If that's your pin out for your IHKA you should have a #2 pin for you AUC but you say you don't have a #2 pin so it doesn't look like the correct diagram for your car

Ok that connector looks like it supplies power to the light. Looking at the diagrams it looks like both M-ASK and the sensor communicates through the LM with the AUC connected to the IHKA. The sensor lines goes straight to the fuse powered by the 30G managed by the DME. I can't find a diagram saying anything different. It's hard for me to pull up a definitive diagram because I'm only using my phone and can't get to ISTA or TIS at the moment.

OK thanks for the informations.
Yes, I assume that if you are surfing with your phone it's hard to find the good diagram. Thanks again !
Don't hesitate to post again if you have any clues

I know I had that code before just can't remember what I did. I know I didn't replace anything but the battery but the code came up right after I did the battery swap. I went into ISTA and did something.
