Armrest storage vent - should there be a grille??

See the red circle on that pic? - that's the vent opening. (not my car though) In my car this opening is just a hole, approx 1 inch x 1 inch.
Recently, a coin fell through that hole into/within the centre console and now rolls around and makes noises at every turn.. It's so annoying!
Do you guys have a grille there or also just a hole?
I would immediately buy a grille and install it if there is one available.
EDIT: can't find anything like a grille in RealOEM

Mine has the little hold with a sliding cover on it.

Correct. It has a little hole under the sliding cover.

i wounder what that was for? also the vents next to it also?

the hole i thought it was for like if i had an ipod adapter or cable.. and the vent for air circulation?

Its a vent for heat and air, with a sliding cover... thats it.
