Appears that dealer overtightened the front plate holder.

Not sure I'm able to go that far.
Can I bother you with another question? When I look under the front bumper I see a black gasket that runs between the bumper and the the under carriage that's bent a bit. When I go to real OEM dot com I can't seem to find the part. It looks like it could be 3 on this photo, but there's no information on the site to explain that part.

Link to the page.
Is that actually the part I need and do you know what that's referred to as?

ETA: Looks like I could just buy part number 15 and install that?

All of these parts are on the FRONT of the bumper, what your pic shows is underneath the car. You are referencing the wrong diagram.
I might have this part left over from my M Aero Kit install. I'll take a look when I get home later today.

You sure? When I cross reference that part number, for #15, I find forum arguments over the intended purpose of it. Curb feeler, snow plow, aerodynamic damn to reduce lift, a gasket to protect the engine...Even folks who say the dealer just recommends they leave it off. Sounds like 15 isn't actually the part on my car, but it should work right?

I'll take a look at what I have when I get home.
According to your pic, the part you are looking for may be in this diagram
