Appears that dealer overtightened the front plate holder.

Hello All.
Just got an 09 CPO E60, 528i manual 6 speed, and the first thing I did was remove the front plate holder. Unfortunately it looks like they over tightened the screws and caused some outward deformation around both holes. I need to deburr the holes a bit and since the car is Monaco blue I plan on just seating the black screws back in place. They are in place now but they stick out a couple of mm. Anyway, do y'all think it's possible once I deburr the holes to screw the screws in a bit over half way and tap them with a hammer to minimize the deformation caused by the dealer?
Seems sketchy, I guess I could just live with it.
The only other issue I have is a dirty headliner. Mostly on the front windshield pillar on the driver's side, but some around the front map lights and on the roof too. Is there a product I can use gentile enough for the light colored liner?
TIA.

If you "just" got the CPO the dealer should have taken care of a stained interior. Take it back to them to freshen up the interior to BMW standards. As for the front bumper - are you not required to have a front plate? If that's the case - same thing ... ask the dealer to refinish the front bumper - it's probably a $100 job for them to do it properly,
Really strange too, the car wasn't that clean on the inside. I washed it when I got home and did a little towel work to it, but still the inside could be a helluva lot cleaner. Air vents, above the steering wheel, in the console...really looks like it wasn't cleaned that well at all.
I'd pay a local dealer $100 to fix these issues, but somehow I don't think that's an option.
It's a but overcast and the color makes it difficult to see, but:

Pillar (again, it looks worse than the photo shows):

Try using some foam-type stain remover or fabric cleaner. Put a little on a toothbrush and gently apply to the stained areas, then wipe with a dry cloth. Hopefully this will clean things up.
Only way it could get stained that bad was if someone worked on your car and either didn't care or wasn't paying attention when touching the headliner.

Another option is Bumper Plugs, they are painted to match and inexpensive too! Check out the website!

I wish I could take a better photo to show the actual deformation of the bumper around the holes. It's like the frame of plate holder provided a hard stop and the force of the screw being over-torqued caused some denting of the bumper. In bright light it's pretty obvious. Wondering if I can tap them back in, very carefully? My guess is that I'll never achieve the look I want. Those bumper plugs would be nicer than my black screws, but I'd have to increase the hole diameter to make them fit. No big deal, but I'll still have over-torque artifacts.
ETA: Maybe they are large enough to hide the most extreme portions of the deformation?

Looks like the previous owner had issues with the sunroof drainage. I sure hope the dealers fixed it. Ironically I am in the middle of this scenario trying to figure out whats wrong with my sunroof.

I just got rid of my water stains today using this stuff:
Woolite

It worked great, headliner looks like new. Doesn't take much either
