I just had an Audi A8 quattro L for a few weeks and it had the Bang and Olufsen system. I found the highs were a bit clearer than the L7 but I really didn?t think it was worth $6000, despite the beautiful aluminum speaker covers.

It was deeper and clearer. Note: HD Radio was not turned on and the treble and bass was not adjusted. Surround Setting was selected however. The radio is worth the money for sure.

Yes, tried it in my brand new 530 xdA touring - and been massively disappointed (see separate post a few hours ago...)
Not in comparison with Logic 7 though, cos I had a Volkswagen Phaeton before. Expected simila experience - get in, turn on, turn up, blast awayand enjoy! Opposite was the case - turn on, and couldn't believe my ears cos it sounds like old-tyme transistor to my ears)... That's with everything in default like it comes from the factory - now it's tuning-tweaking-time, turning all the treble, bass and equalizer knobs! :-) Gotta have some toll assistance (again see separate post), will do RTA, post resluts, let's see the outcome... Final results may or may not be great - first experience has been ERY different with other cars... But that's just IMHO... ;-)
