there are many plugs on your car that are not used because the harness is a generic harness chassis-wide. If there is nothing there, don't worry about it, it's knowledge that doesn't benefit and you'll be wasting your time.

Dude.... lighten up a bit, would ya?

as far as the plugs are concerned... the round one looks like a coax connector. Its either for sound or an antenna. the other probably controls whatever unit plugs into the coax connector. things that come to mind are a GPS receiver, CD changer, satellite radio, etc.

Might help to know year and options that car is/has. One of the most common pre-wire is for telephone. Do you have a TCU module (i.e. Bluetooth telephone)?

I know on the e60 drivers side near the hinge the bluetooth and sat radio go there. Also the cd changer goes behind the glovebox...if this helps any.

Since you have bluetooth, the other two coaxial are probably for GPS antenna and Sat radio. The other plug could be for Comfort Access antenna. I'll take a look next time I'm in that area.

You should do this.
Why do you care what I say or how I say it?
Why do you feel the need to say anything to me about it?
I'm not sorry for giving sound advice. But since my advice isn't sound enough for you, don't ever ask for it. Problem solved.
