You are different from others. I would think the die hard fans will want the latest F10 and perhaps even stretching out their lease or purchase decision until then.
Not really, most people wait for testers to buy first year production cars.. thats why I just got a 2010 cause I didn't want to be a tester

Last i heard, Production will end in early November. They should set a date a little before then, but it all depends on how far the completion of the next year design is. All orders would problary have to be placed before the end of November. Going to email some staff to check for sure!! Hope this helps!!
thanx for chiming in

any f10 sightings at the plant?

Are you sure about this. A major thread out in the F10 section targets the F10 @ spring 2010 in Germany. Even if it were to release in the US in that timeframe it would usually imply a late Feb '10 production close. There is also talk of the F10 being introduced to the US in the Fall '10.
Thx

he'd have some pretty good info...he does work at the BMW plant here in the US...

2010 US models are already on dealer lots, I don't see them producing e60's all the way thru next year....

I don't mean to double-guess anyone .. but Nov' 09 seems just WAY too early to close it out. I still believe we are in for a spring '10 introduction .. but whether that is going to be for the entire world .. or just Europe remains to be seen.

DON'T DO IT!!! The MB's are all for old folks - it has replaced Buick as the car of choice for retirees. Then there's the Jag - it's owned by Ford NUFF SAID!!!
I definitely wouldn't get the first year of the F10 and conveniently enough my car is paid off next year so I will just hold onto it until the second or 3rd year of the F10 then trade up.
Jag is owned by Tata, India. You know, Buddha Disney and all that.

Just curious how much longer one could custom order an e60 550i...

Lease runs 2/2010 and might want to get another e60, rather than first year F10 with bugs, etc.
I think you're up for a M5.
