The rig is attached by "earth magnets" to the bottom of almost any car. If you are not familiar with this kind of set up, it's not what you think it is. It's actually pretty simple. My car was only going about 2 miles per hour during the first picture. The camera has a special setting which makes the car look like it's going 60.

I had the car in idol when the first pic was taken. My buddy slowly walked next the car as it was moving and snapped a couple of shots. The kit is about $800 us dollars. From what I was told, nobody really offers a kit like this that is so universal and adjustable.

Just to clairify, my car isn't going 60 mph with a four thousand dollar camera attached to it.

Thanks, FWIW if the car was gonig 60mph with that rig I would imagine the car would be blury too. Very nice setup... I'll check it out.
