Anyone feel a draft coming in from the driver's window?

My Ride: '05 545i - scheduled for ED pickup in Munich on 7/22!
I was driving around when it was 30 degrees F and noticed my left hand was chilly. It seemed like there could be a draft coming in from the window... 
Hard to believe since its so quiet, but could my E60 be not as well insulated as some other cars? Although I've never really noticed the noise from bad door seals that others here often complain about, could the draft be due to that? Should I ask for new door seals even if mine aren't making the noise?

My Ride: 525d se auto. black sapphire, 17" 5 spoke 138 style alloys. dark poplar trim, charcoal flat weave cloth, bluetooth phone prep, dimming rear view and side mirrors, lumbar support, heated front deats, phone cradle
Not saying this could be the case, but have you repositioned your AC vent outlet recently? Could be blowing on your hand, I have done it before too

My Ride: 2005 525i Titanium Silver Metalic and 2003 325xi Jet Black with the Premium Package in both cars.
No draft here, and I agree about the AC vents, they may need to be repositioned.

Not from the window, but I do get a draft in the sunroof when the partition is slide back exposing just the glass. Everytime I take it for service, I forget to mention it.
