Second time I got these 2 errors. Anyone change a DISA on a N62 or have had these errors before and fixed the problem?

After searching for a while I came up with a link in the 7-series forum.
Ongoing Disa issue N62 engine - Bimmerfest - BMW Forums
Looks like the gears inside the intake manifold on the n62's get gummed up and put stress on the disa motor. Throwing these codes. I think after Christmas I'll try to split the manifold and clean it out. If I get around to it I'll post a DIY.

 

Good find. I think people overlook this stuff until they are desperate and then there is no info out there about it to reference. Looking forward to your DIY.
