Any new info on 06 550i/545i??

I haven't logged on here in awhile as I've been slammed with work. But I see no new threads on what the new 545i will be. Last I heard it was definitely going to have the 4.8L engine and be called the 550i. Now I see rumors that it will still be called the 545i. Anyone have any credible info or is it still all rumors.
When will we be able to order one? Last I heard my dealer said July for Sept delivery but I just spoke with another dealer who said they wouldn't get them till Oct.

My Ride: 2008 535i: June 6th start build, complete June 17th, at NY Port July 5th, at dealer July 10th, took delivery Friday July 13- Plantimum Bronze/Natural Brown Leather/Light Poplar, Sport Package, Sport Auto, Active Steering, Premium Package, CWP & PDC. Dinan Performance Software 384hp & 421 ft/lbs.
There have been sightings already in Europe of the 550.

I reported a few days back that my salesman and I reviewed a BMW document that listed all model changes for CY 2005. This included the 550 and 650 coming with 4.8L and REPLACING the outgoing 545/645. Also as indicated in this thread this dealer also thinks he will have chassis info that includes options and ordering details.
