My Ride: 2006 530xi. Deep green with beige interior. 6 speed manual. Premium package.
130,000 miles
lets see - under CPO had the HPFP replaced twice, the original injectors all replace once, 3 of them replaced twice, and a water pump. Also had the walnut blasting job done.
After CPO had the other 3 injectors replaced and the coolant line on top of the radiator.
When the car is running well it is awesome, but every 15K or so miles starts running rough and needs injectors, cleaning, or HPFP,

105,600 miles still running strong injectors needs to be replaced again but since i had the car new water, pump thermostat
new vanos solenoids passenger side axle control arms both, regular maintenance first problem that i had was at 65,000

Picked up an 04 545 w/ 85k miles @ a reasonable price. It has all the sports upgrades (so is that an M-sport before msport was cool? LoL). It needed regular maint oil change, power steering flush, etc. + a few things...
+ new battery
+ alignment
+ front brakes
+ trans fluid change
+ crank position sensor
+ manifold leak & oil pressure switch leak
+ passenger side airbag control module (dreded seat belt tensioner warning light)
All total I spent a bit more on this stuff than I wanted at the start but it drives FANTASTIC for a 10 year old car. I might need new shocks at some point (not looking forward to the cost...) otherwise I plan to drive it another 6 years & 60k miles at least. It's the best driving car I've ever owned.

My Ride: 07 530i black on black. premium, and sport pkgs. Xenon, nav, dvd.
I got 214,000 miles running strong still.
had to do the oil filter housing gasket at 150,000
water pump and radiator at 160,000
then just spark plugs at 100 and 200,000.

My 2006 530xd has148000 km (94000m), and required:
Turbo replacement (110000)
Alternator replacement (130000)
Fronte shocks (130000)
And ordinary maintenance.
She's awesome, and drive smooth like a flying carpet
