Dear Everybody
long story short , i sent my CIC to BIMMERRETOFIT.com , they received the package in 29.09.2011 , since then they are not answering their mobile phone , their e.mail , and i can't find another way to reach them , if any one here is from montreal canada , help is really appreciated

My Ride: 2008 535i LCI with sports/premium package, Sports trans with paddle shifters, CF emblems, JB4 Software, Dinan Exhaust, Navigation, M5Tech body kit, Carbon wrap interrior trim and CIC Controller.
Interesting... I sent them 4-5 emails over six weeks ago trying to purchase a coding cable and they never responded. I also tried the phone listed in their contact and it did not work either, says its unavailable from my calling area (east coast). I hope you get your stuff back!

I have heard from several sources that those guys are completely MIA. Not sure what to make of it...
I have zero facts to back this up, but my gut tells me they have a legit reason for their absence and lack of communication. I hope I'm right and they come back to life because I have chosen them as the source of my CIC because 'someone' famous for it on this forum ignored two of my emails.

This does nothing for your current situation, but whei did my retrofit and bought my cable from them, they answered emails immediately, even on weekends. Not sure what to make of it to be honest.

they responded today asking for payment , saying that the parcel didn't reach them as it is in another department in another building

What does that mean? That their company has it but in another department -- whatever that means? I'd assume it's not like stuck in Human Resources. I would demand to speak to someone.

There are people here from Montreal - and I travel there once a year for business; but what would you have someone do?
I would say French would give you an advantage - but if you watch the videos bimmerretrofit posts, that is not an accent that originates in this part of the world.
