It's fine. i would just top it off with a $.60 gallon of distilled water.
Not to get into a debate about coolant types but the green/yellow is fine to mix assuming you have OE fluid in the car now. It's probably blue. If it's red/orange then someone probably changed coolant on you. Perhaps even the dealer. Depends. Or just go to a dealer and they'll top it off free of charge.

I just got some of the Pentosin NF from my local Oriellys. The bottles are 1.58 liters and cost about $10. Coolant from dealer is 1 gallon and cost $17. Assuming both are concentrated, it seems the BMW coolant from dealer is better deal.
