Antifreeze/colant
Does any of you know if I can use NAPA 50/50 Prediluted Antifreeze/Coolant (Green) on my 08, 528i to fill the coolant reservoir, since I have a gallon on my garage and I just changed the oil filter housing gasket and lost some coolant.
Any help or advice will be really appreciated.
Thank you.

If you never changed the original coolant and intend keeping your car past 100K miles, now would be a good time to replace all of it with the OEM BMW coolant. You need one gallon of the concentrate and mix it 50/50 with distilled water.
I would not mix the existing coolant with anything but the correct factory stuff.

On second thought, if you only need a few ounces to fill the overflow container, just add distilled water and do a full coolant replacement later at your own schedule.

Topping off coolant
Keep the left over for the next time you do a coolant change - or post a for somebody near-by who needs a few ounces to top-off theirs. Tell them you'll swap good scotch for BMW coolant

Use this BMW Part Number: 82141467704 $24.00
Latest development and good for all BMW models
or use:
Pentosin Pentofrost NF concetrate $12.00 (OEM supplier to BMW)
Mix 50/50 with distilled water
What does you oil filter housing have to do with your coolant level?
