If the dealer doesn't know how to place an order for a priority one option he shouldn't be a BMW dealer. So if a customer doesn't know whats available this dealer would never let him know cause he doesn't know himself. Good thing for this forum that customers are set straight on what options are available, proper price to pay etc.etc. The problem is that most new BMW 1st time buyers don't know about this forum before they buy. I happened on to this a week after I negociated my price and after finding out what I should pay I walked back in there and had them redo my deal.
