Angel eyes, how do u turn both of
I used to drive with my angel eyes always on (Parking lights on) all the time, but I kept forgetting to turn them off everywhere: Supermarket, post office, Movie Theater, restaurant, etc, etc... So I don't anymore, I just could not get into the habit of turn it off every time I got out of the car. Always leave them on auto now.

See Iceman's pic below. Position "0" is off. He has it one position to the left which is auto mode. From 0 you need to move it one position to the right.

Iceman -- how did you get the compartment underneath the switches? I do not have a storage space there -- is that an option? A difference between US spec and European? I need a spave like that...

What's the button on the upper right side? another set of fog lights??

The button on the upper right is for the rear foglights! Those are the two light bulbs a US spec car is using for the BFD.
BFD difference US/GER:
On a US E60 the brake lights and the tail lights are the same size. When you brake, the tail lights are getting brighter. BFD uses the inner bulbs, so they light up too. Those can't be used in GER, since they are the rear foglights. So our tail lights are the same with a US E60, but our brake lights are only using half of the size. So the outer half of the tail lights light up brighter when we brake, the BFD lights up the inner half of the tail lights too.
