well all I can say to this poll is.
If you can not tell the difference,
than you are not 100% true lover of a BMW
I could't agree more. I cannot belive that anyone cannot see any of the changes. Although you may say they are subtle in order not to devalue older E60s, they are quite obvious.

WOW! I'm amazed how some people cannot see the difference, its almost completely different. Just one glance, can spot the difference. Seriously, if you can't spot any difference, you don't have an eye for a good car.. I love the new headlights and tail lights, not a fan of the front bumper tho, but love everything about the interior, except the door handles, the old ones are nicer and more "modern".

The new door handle at the driver's side is changed , it looks so weild /unbalanced comparing with original door handle at the passenger's side.

There are too many confusing posts about 08 facelift.

For people still can't tell the difference between the current e60 and 08 facelift. Please go to:
http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=35366 and read the pdf file. You will know all the differences inside out.

You may have noticed it's not called "Facelift" by BMW but rather LCI.

Lots of
Changes
Internally

ABC
Seriously, what does LCI stand for? I thought it was roman numerals at first.

Is it Low Cost Improvements (to stimulate sales)?
Last Call for Inperceptual changes (to stimulate sales)?

Anyone else want to take a stab at this?

I voted the "are you blind option" just to be an arse!!!! The changes are subtle which us good for us owners of the "old model". I think the sport just gets the LED lights. Glad to see they've given the SE a smile on the front rather than the frown it was one of my pet hates. Has anyone posted any pics?

What makes you think the LED lights are only on the M-sport?
All models get the new lights as far as I know...
