75w-140 is a lot thicker oil than 75w-90
first thing i would inspect is the driveshaft and all joints.

Of course i'm gonna check the driveshaft and all the joints but i guess 175000km
on the clock with the same oil in the differential is too much. I forgot to mention
about a small leak on the auto everytime the car stands still for more than 12 hours. Just 3 to 4 drops. i'll be checking all of it soon and i'll let you know.
