Grove Road is a mainly residential road in East London with a few small businesses (shops/garage) so is very unlikely have a large and reputable business.

This sounds dodgy beyond belief.

The advice in the UK is NEVER pay the broker prior to delivery.

If these guys have your cash up front you are taking a huge risk.

If the car doesn't materialise then under UK law you are going to have to sue them and since they are a limited company you are basically sueing the company - NOT the directors - and if they are not a proper limited company - then who are you going to sue?

There is nothing to stop them winding down the company or letting it become insolvent. Then they can just as easily start up again with new legal entity in the future.

They only appear once in a google search on some sort of low budget ebay clone.
