Alignment off center, needs reset?

They just need to do like what Nokia does. A normal press of the button makes it go 1 level up. Holding onto it a bit longer makes it go all the way back to the top. Simple. And I think a software upgrade can take care of this.

How far off centre? With a conventional steering wheel, all it needs is a spanner. No alignment needed. With Active Steering, I am not sure.
