Airconditioning doesn't work

My Ride: 545 SMG Individual interior, all options except Nav & HUD.

My AC doesnt come on, the air comes on but it doesnt cool. The dealer cant diagnose anything (yet) i.e. if its an electrical or a gas issue.

I was wondering if anyone has had any AC woes on their 545s?

Any help/suggestions greatly appreciated, as always.

My AC was replaced under warranty, but it was still cooling good. There was a noise that was attributed to the AC and stopped when it was replaced.

I also had a noise associated with the AC compressor...replaced but then belt wasn't put on right and no cold air...replaced belt and everything is good...10 months later.

I know this sounds stupid but is the centre vent set to warm? I say this because I was all set to take mine back to the dealer and complain when I realised I'd got it set to warm.

have them check the AC power regulator ... my AC had quit functioning .. thats what they replaced.

EDIT: voltage regulator rather. i'll double check on the service records in a little bit ...
