Hi,
i am relatively new to this problem.
i own a 525i 2004 model, recently when i start driving on about a 28-33 degrees celcius day, about 5minutes into the drive with the air conditioner on, i keep receiving the message from the i-drive displaying "engine too hot! drive moderately...". this has happened a few times.
however when i drive on a day with the same temperature without the air conditioner on, no messages pop up. so i think the air conditioner is heating up the engine, and i believe that it defeats the purpose of having an A/C if you cant use it on a hot day.
am i the only one with this problem? lol
