I'm getting cold air blowing through two dash vents and both the rear passenger vents. The drivers side front vent is fine and so is the right hand centre vent. The left hand centre vent and front passenger vent are all blowing ice cold air even though the others are warm.

I have set the idrive to warm and the climate but the mix match is weird. I have changed the dash trim recently could I have disturbed anything behind?

Have you got the advanced air con?, check in the climate menu as the vents can be set independently.

No mate not advanced, all I have is the basic adjustments in the idrive. Weird how one of the centre vents is cold and the other is warm!

I wonder if the flaps are blocked?, even on the basic system which I have as well the window can be warm and the centre can be cold at the same time. Might need a bit of investigation.

I have checked the idrive and their set to warm.

Will that be the flaps below the pollen filter?

Yes there's two sets, on each side.

So that explains why it's the passenger side vents that are blowing cold, will have to remove that side pollen filter and have a look.

I seem to have the sane problem as the original poster of this thread. The two centre vents are set on red, ie the hottest setting on the idrive. However the drivers side centre vent blow out warm (not even hot) but the passenger side centre vent blows out cold. So one centre vent blows out cold while the neighbouring centre vent blows out warm. Could there be something blocking the passenger side vents?
