the ac heating does not work, when i turn it on my windows fog up almost instantly and the air isnt hot
took it to a guy who specializes with air con but he told me itll cost 200euro just to air out the system and even more if it doesnt help.
does anyone know what should i look for in order to fix it?

 

I don't know what else to tell you but what the pic is saying is wrong within your IHKA. Other than that you need to go to a real specialist and have them diagnose it.
