Everytime I start my car, the air turns on to the first notch on it's own. Sometimes the air will turn itself back on after I turn it off. I brought the car to the dealer a while back to ask them about this but they said "this is normal in BMWs".....is this true? And if not, how would I remedy this problem?
Also, my car goes into the bluetooth setting as soon as I start the car and begins dialing a call but nothing comes on as I haven't dialed anyone. I don't know why it started doing this all of a sudden. I have to call my voicemail in order to get the radio to start playing and to shut down the call. It's incredibly frustrating. Any of you all have this problem occur as well? Hwo would I go about troubleshooting this problem?
Thanks!

On the LCI models I'm pretty sure the air will always come back on at the lowest setting if you manually turn it off before you shut the car off and the electronics hibernate.
As for the bluetooth, it shouldn't be dailing anything - just connecting and loading the address book. Try connecting another cellphone to the car to see if the problem continues.
