I think it turns off by itself.. When there's not enough weight on the front seat the front airbags turn of automatically.. Anyone else could confirm this?

Check with the dealer/service agent and get them to show you how. TO RISKY to get this one wrong

As far as I know, there's no way to (easily) disable the front airbag. You can look at the "passenger airbag off" light to see what the status of the bag is based on how much weight is on the seat.
If you absolutely have to put a child seat up front, (but you should never put a rear-facing seat up front) you're supposed to move the car's seat as far back as possible to reduce or eliminate the possiblity of the front (dashboard) airbag coming in contact with the child in case of deployment.
BTW, I'm betting the dealer won't tell you anything more than "don't put a child seat in front." They don't want to be held liable if they give you advice on how to disable the bag or if they encourage you to install a child seat in front...
