The picture speaks for itself. I don't remember the last time I ever hit a curb and I couldn't believe I did it. It's like Jerry Seinfeld, I last vommited 12 years ago in 1982 or something!! Ahhhhh crap!?

Hmmm... weird. I have the same on my wheels. I could swear I didn't hit a curb. And then a few weeks later sucpiciously I found one on the other (non curb)side too. Both similar to yours and on the back wheels only. And to make things worse I don't ever parallel park and always park pulling up straight into a parking lane <_< . So how an earth this happened I don't know.

[/quote]:'( but...no problem to get them fixed for almost no money. One early moring when I was sick (had a really bad cold). I drove to the airport and drove over some real bad curbs with both my left wheels.. When I got the car back from the rim shop the wheels were like new... I didn't know they were able to accomplish such a result..

Thanks guys -- I'm checking a tire shop a fellow forum recommended in another thread I posted months ago when I got a flat and had to have one run-flat replaced. Will have to call them tommorrow, it's too late now.
As for the valve stem caps, they can not be stolen. You can turn and turn and turn but it won't come off without the key. It's a pretty ingenious design. I got them at the dealer so I'm not sure what they're called or who makes them.

wanna hear a funny story... i go to testdrive a 545 at the dealer, i bring my mom with me because she loves cars, is sporty, and has a bimmer allready... so i figured id bring her. So im driving with the sales rep and shes in teh back seat. the Salesman wants me to floor it like they always do so that you can see the real performance of the car. my mother gets nervous and is like "maybe u should take it a little slower around corners arby".... i was like "mom right now im testdriving, when u testrive a car for yourself do it how you please im just listening to the salesman." we get back to the dealer and she gets out, i was like where are you going you have to drive... so she agrees but she only wants to drive around the block where all of the dealers are. we are going around a curb on our testdrive and she fuckin ruins two right tims... completly.... when i mean ruin i mean scratched them up 10X worse than these here pictures. well thats my rim scratching story. managed to do it on a fuckin testdrive....
moral of the story = at lease it wasnt a test drive, then youd feel really dumb hahaa
