Advantage/disadvantage of staggered wheels setup?

With staggered it looks cool and you get more grip off the line and out of corners (if you really need it with big bhp), however they're heavier which also means your slower when you do have grip, reduce mpg and worst of all you get understeer, ahhhh!!!
Standard give a more balanced handling which results in very controllable power sliding. It'll save you money because you can rotate your tires thus increasing tire life. And your car should be a hair quicker when it gets grip and get slightly better mpg.
