2 weeks ago I got a new software update, and one week later I noticed some problems with the airco.
Sometimes when I change some settings (auto on or off, or change the fan speed), the airco goes off, and doesn't come on. When I press the MAX button, the airco should blow at full power, but the thing is coming out of the vents is the hot airtemperature from outside.
When I remove the key from the ignition, and restart the car, the airco works again.
One time when I pressed the auto-circulate button the airco was functioning again.
Today I tried to reproduce the problem and I tried to change the settings for about 30 minutes, but the airco kep working. When I stopped the car and restarted it ,I got it reproduced in 2 minutes?
Is this a software problem?

You have hardware problems and not software.
