Here a lot of people look and stare. Experienced this very recently as I washed the car outside.. Although, I'm not sure whether or not people were looking because the car is good looking, or because I was washing the car while it was snowing

You guys think you get stares? I'm 22 and have an '05 545i...I get stares at the car and people trying to figure out wtf I'm doing driving it. Very satisfying. (Not a spoiled rich kid)

I work in L.A. and get stares and complements all the time - even now that the model is more common. One incident was with my 3-year-old daughter who was coming out of the car when four college boys drove past in a Mustang convertible, three of them giving me the thumbs up and honking...my daughter thought they were honking at her, so she waved back!

, I have a modded 90 5 series also with bbs rks lowered painted cosmos and a lot of other mods so when the younger kids see me in the older one, and then later see me in the new one and then a 7 series loaner and x5 and x3 it really drives them crazy. Though i am 40 married with children i look younger and i have locs so i may as well be J rockerfella

Few times got that compliment too. Young as old, ladys and gents. Not rich nor young.
Work mate also joined the club, with -05 545 Titanium Gray, pro nav, adaptive Xenons, ventilated seats, 6CD, tow bar... Sound is nice, but not like 60's 70's american V8.
Some day have to test diesel against V8 power!
