You can check the Port Authority website for arrivals in New York, most of the BMW's arrive at Berth 17 which is adjacent to the VPC.
www.firstnynj.com, click on Vessel Activity and you can see most ships ETA as well as when and if they arrived. At least for those with NY arrivals.
