Good morning

I have a BMW E60 2004 with 139000 Km and I think that i have a problem with the adaptive headlights because when i turn the wheel to the left and right does not react with them before. Also in the left of the wheel there is a switch to turn lights on or put in automatic position or other positions. In the normal or automatic position my green LED is flashing intermittently. Have I a big problem?

Someone help me in this problem?

Thanks

I'm no expert but it's possible you have a AHL module malfunction of some sort or the LCM is not recognizing the headlights for some reason. My 545i has AHL and I've tested them and know they work. I recently purchased some "Euro" spec headlights without AHL and after installing them my LCM is flashing intermittently as well. When I put the switch to the first position (parking lights), the light doesn't flash. Only in the auto and the regular headlight (second position) setting does the light flash. I'm personally willing to make that sacrifice to have the "Euro" headlights, but in your situation, that may be the culprit. I honestly couldn't tell you whether it is the LCM (Light Control Module) or the AHL Unit under the hood or even the headlights or not as it could be any combination of the three. Hope this helps.
