Adaptive headlight system
Every time I turn the car on the headlights go down up and half way down again,I turn the steering wheel left and right the lights don't move, so obviously it's not working. It all started after I remove my headlights to upgrade my halo rings and replace it back. Now what would have caused it to stop working??How can I troubleshoot this problem ,where should I start?

Are you turningt he wheel while the car is stationary or while moving? Also, if moving, do you have the lights set to auto?

even the halogen lights does this, so make sure as said above, you are in auto position, you have adaptive lights and the green LED is not fleshing.
flashing green LED on the light switch is indicating problem, you will need to read the fault message and it will say more
